1. Who can object

The controller processes data in the company databases on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to such processing at any time (Article 21 GDPR) and request erasure of the data (Article 17 GDPR) if the data relates to you as a natural person, in particular as:

  • a sole trader or a partner in a civil partnership (spółka cywilna),
  • a member of a liberal profession (e.g. an advocate, tax adviser, property valuer or doctor running a practice),
  • a contact person whose name or contact details are in the record.

To the extent that the processing serves direct marketing, an objection requires no justification. What data the controller processes and where it comes from is described in the information under Article 14 GDPR. You can use the same form to request access to the data in your record (Article 15 GDPR) – please mention it in your message.

2. What information we need

To find your record safely and not change another person’s data by mistake, we need:

  1. the company name or your first name and surname under which you appear in the database or in the register and – if possible – your NIP, REGON, KRS or other identification number;
  2. the address and contact details (phone numbers, email addresses, website) to which the objection relates;
  3. an email address for our reply.

We do not ask for a copy of an identity document. If we have reasonable doubts about the identity of the person making the request, we may ask for additional information (Article 12(6) GDPR).

3. Form

Your objection could not be sent. Please check the required fields or write directly to info@b2bkontakty.pl.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. The controller uses the data you provide only to handle the request, to demonstrate that it has been handled and to block the data concerned (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Articles 12, 17 and 21 GDPR). No consent is needed for this. Details in the Privacy policy.

As you appear in the database or in the register.

Optional; makes it easier to find the record.

The address and the phone numbers, email addresses or website whose processing you object to – each item on a separate line.

Optional: reasons, a request for access to the data or hints that help find the record.

4. Handling and time limit

  1. The controller establishes which records the objection relates to. Yes – a confirmation of receipt is sent automatically by email to the address given in the form.
  2. To the extent that the processing serves direct marketing, the controller stops processing the data for that purpose. Otherwise it stops processing the data unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or grounds for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (Article 21(1) GDPR). The controller will inform you of any such grounds, with reasons.
  3. The controller erases the data concerned and enters the necessary identifying attributes on a block list, so that the data is not collected again from the sources at a later update.
  4. The controller informs clients to whom it has already supplied the data of the erasure, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort (Article 19 GDPR). by email where the controller has the client's email address
  5. The controller informs you of the action taken on your request without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receiving it. Where necessary, taking into account the complexity of the request, this period may be extended by two further months; the controller informs you of the extension and the reasons within the first month (Article 12(3) GDPR).

Handling the request is free of charge (Article 12(5) GDPR). If you disagree with how it was handled, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the lead authority is the Czech Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic (uoou.gov.cz); people in Poland may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw (uodo.gov.pl).
