A company database is only as trustworthy as the person who builds it. That is why we explain here who runs the site, where the data comes from, how we work with it – and what we deliberately do not do.

Who runs the site

b2bkontakty.pl is operated by Martin Adamec, a sole trader based in the Czech Republic: Mírová 1541, 516 01 Rychnov nad Kněžnou, Czech Republic. Czech business ID (IČO) 19552319, entered in the Czech trade licence register since . All prices are final prices.

These details can be checked in the public Czech register: IČO 19552319 entry in ARES.

The database and the site are run by someone who has worked with public registers for years. Emails are therefore answered by the person who actually prepares the data. We would rather say openly what is missing from the data than promise a completeness we cannot demonstrate.

What we offer

  • Polish company database – one-off exports for all of Poland across fifteen industries, 16 voivodeships and their counties. One of our sources is our own database (196,499 companies, as of 17 September 2026); scope and price are available on request. See industries and voivodeships
  • Other EU countries – we compile data on request; for the Czech Republic we use our own database covering 4,404,295 entities (as of 12 September 2026). Company data from the EU

How the data is built

  1. Public sources. We take the name, address and – where available – NIP, REGON and KRS numbers from business directories, OpenStreetMap and public registers and professional lists.
  2. Public contact details. We take the phone number, general email address and website from the same sources and from company websites.
  3. Matching and cleaning. We assign contact details to a record only when the attributes match, standardise formats and remove duplicates.
  4. Classification. We assign the voivodeship and county from the address. We assign the industry for each enquiry from the source category and the PKD code where the source gives one; we do not keep a fixed industry breakdown of the whole database.

Details and limitations are described on the Data sources and methodology page.

How to check us

You will find the entry of the sole trader who runs the site in the Czech ARES register under IČO 19552319. You can check the file layout on the sample file (fictitious companies). Before you order, we give you the number of records after all filters and the date of the data. You can report an error in the data to info@b2bkontakty.pl, and object to the processing of data on the Objection page.

What we do not do

  • We do not buy old lists. Our basis is public sources, not resold address lists of unclear origin.
  • We do not supply consumer data. The data is B2B only: companies, entrepreneurs and institutions.
  • We do not sell lists for email advertising. Under Article 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law, sending commercial information by email or phone requires the recipient’s prior consent (the provision does not distinguish between consumers and businesses), and the export contains no such consent.
  • We do not promise full accuracy. Sources contain errors and contacts go out of date. We state the data status and coverage and correct reported errors.
  • We do not replace legal assessment. As a buyer, you are responsible for your own use of the data.
